Remote IT Support and System Administrator

PLEASE READ THIS POST CAREFULLY

We are a US-based IT Consulting MSP seeking a Tier 2 (or higher) System Administrator with experience in MSP environments or IT support roles. This is a customer-facing position, requiring direct communication with our clients via email, chat and phone.

Our ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Minimum of 5 years in IT support or with an MSP
• 5+ years of Windows desktop administration experience
• Installing and managing EDR or Anti-virus applications
• Experience with PSA software, such as Halo PSA
• Experience with RMM software
• Strong networking knowledge
• AWS experience (preferred)
• IT certifications (such as CompTIA, Sec+, AWS Cloud Practitioner) are a plus
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
• Self-starter with a commitment to continuous learning

We offer performance-based compensation.

Working Hours: 10 AM - 5 PM US EST. There may be occasional requests to work after hours or on weekends.
