JOB OVERVIEW

Simply Home Care located at 1386 St Nicholas Avenue New York, NY 1003 is seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Marketing Virtual Assistant to support our sales team. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and creative, with proficiency in Photoshop and experience using CRM tools. This role involves monitoring sales activities, managing documentation, assisting with marketing tasks, and providing creative support as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Assist the Sales Team with their daily sales activities and ensure they have the necessary resources to meet their targets.
- Track and monitor sales activities, including client communications, follow-ups, and meeting schedules.
- Organize and maintain the CRM system to ensure accurate and up to date information.
- Generate and analyze sales reports to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Manage social media accounts and create content to promote services and engage with the community
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities to enhance marketing strategies.
- Perform other tasks as assigned to support the overall objectives of the sales and marketing teams.

Qualifications:

Experience in a Home Care Agency
Preferably, experience in healthcare
Must have experience with social media platforms like Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok
Familiarity with CRM systems
