We are looking for a meticulous Ecommerce VA proficient in Excel, to work from home. No night shift. We offer training and good benefits: 10-12 paid off days and 13th month bonus.
This is an entry-level position during Philippines office hours daytime. If you have the right attitude, we are happy to provide training to anyone with no relevant ecommerce experience. There is room to grow if you are willing to learn. Applicants with SEO and product listing experience is valued.

Your Responsibilities:
- Keyword research, product research, competition analysis, order entry, listing new products, data analysis and customer service. You work during Philippines office hours daytime and have the flexibility to work half days on weekends during peak holiday seasons.
What We Are Looking For:
- At least 28 years old
- Excellent, genuine written English (C2 level required). AI-assisted responses are not accepted.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including specific formulas.
- Highly organized, accurate and detail-oriented - this role involves order processing and proofreading, so DO NOT APPLY if you are not meticulous.
