Role Overview:
You will lead our marketing efforts, formulating strategies that align with our business objectives, managing CRM initiatives, and overseeing both digital campaigns and print media projects.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute integrated marketing plans across digital and offline channels.
-Manage SEO and digital advertising campaigns, utilizing analytics tools like GA4 for performance assessment.
-Oversee the production of marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency.
-Lead efforts on LinkedIn and perform thorough competitor analysis.
-Develop customer personas, utilize CRM to enhance customer relationships, and refine SOPs.
-Coordinate with freelancers and agencies for website and graphic design needs.
-Report directly to company owners and regularly propose strategy enhancements.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a technical or industrial sector.
-Strong project management skills and experience with task management systems like Asana or ClickUp.
-Proficiency in CRM platforms, with a keen ability to leverage customer data for marketing strategies.
