JOB OVERVIEW

Job Summary:
We seek a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics and Operations Support Member to manage day-to-day inventory and consumer service for our e-commerce platforms, specifically Amazon FBA and Walmart. The ideal candidate will coordinate shipping logistics, ensure compliance with labeling requirements, manage returns and claims, conduct financial analysis of warehouse costs, and contribute to the creative and visual appeal of our product listings. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of inventory management systems, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management (3PL, FBA, Walmart):

Monitor and manage inventory across multiple locations.
Place orders with warehouses and coordinate shipments to Amazon FBA.
Pull daily and weekly inventory reports, providing updates to the team.
Ensure accurate labeling and documentation for all shipments.
Perform inventory adjustments as needed.
Logistics Coordination:

Collaborate with Spreetail’s logistics team (Civa and Apex Logistics) to coordinate shipping operations.
Serve as a liaison between the factory, Sourcing Director, and CRO to meet all labeling requirements and ensure timely shipments.

Verify that HTS codes, tariff codes, and associated fees are correctly applied.
Created and managed shipments for Amazon and Walmart warehouses, ensuring correct palletization and labeling.
Consumer Service Management:

Coordinate with the consumer service company to manage service costs and respond to consumer inquiries promptly, typically on the same day. Returns, Cancellations, Claims, and Appeals:

Handle chargebacks and return issues with Amazon, Walmart, and other platforms, including missed shipments and shortages.
Create appeals when necessary and manage fixed stranded inventory. Support Case Management:

Resolve issues with deactivated, disabled, or removed SKUs. Create new ASINS on Amazon as needed. Financial Analysis:

Review warehouse costs and generate monthly summaries for all 3PL, FBA, and Walmart warehouses.

Template Creation:

Design and implement templates that streamline the content creation process, ensuring brand consistency across all products.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in FBA inventory management.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Seller Center.

Proficient in WeChat communication.

Strong skills in Excel and Google Sheets.

Experience with task management tools such as Trello.

Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and Product Opportunity Explorer is a plus.

Knowledge of SellerCloud software.

Experience with copywriting and content creation, including developing visuals and templates.

Virtual Assistant experience preferred.
