Key Responsibilities:
Klaviyo Setup & Management:
Manage and optimize the Klaviyo platform, including

Customer Segmentation & Personalization:
Segment
Use dynamic content and personalization techniques to increase relevance and engagement of
Automation & Lifecycle Campaigns:
Create and manage automation workflows, including welcome series, abandoned cart reminders, post-purchase follow-ups, and win-back campaigns.
Continuously optimize lifecycle campaigns to maximize conversions and LTV.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
Track and analyze key performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, revenue per
Generate regular reports to share insights and recommendations for improving campaign performance.
A/B Testing & Optimization:
Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, design, and send times to optimize
Implement findings from A/B tests to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Compliance & Best Practices:
Ensure all
Stay up-to-date with
Customer Retention & LTV Enhancement:
Develop strategies to enhance customer retention and increase LTV, including loyalty programs, referral campaigns, and upsell/cross-sell initiatives.
Use customer data and analytics to identify opportunities for improving retention and increasing repeat purchases.
Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure alignment on
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to keep them informed of campaign performance and progress.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an
Strong understanding of
Proficiency in using Klaviyo for campaign management, automation, and reporting.
Experience with A/B testing and data-driven optimization techniques.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS for
Familiarity with compliance regulations such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
Strong analytical skills and experience with
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
