JOB OVERVIEW

Remote (with several hours overlap with UK hours)

About Us:
We are a leading distributor of health and well-being products across the UK and Europe. We are looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our team. This full-time remote position requires someone with excellent design skills, marketing experience, and the ability to work autonomously in a home environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Create marketing materials such as PowerPoints, brochures, sales sheets, and more using tools like Word, Illustrator, and Canva.
- Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies.
- Support the sales team with various tasks, including the organization of materials and inter-department communication.
- Utilize writing tools including Word, Excel and ChatGPT to draft and edit content.
- Maintain and update marketing databases and CRM systems.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.

General Requirements:
- Must have good design skills with proficiency in Word, Illustrator, and Canva.
- Must be experienced with creating assets for both online and offline print
- Experienced with writing tools, including Word and ChatGPT.
- At least 2 years of experience in creating marketing materials.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Must be able to work alone and as part of a team.
- Must be available for video calls.
- Must have a distraction-free home office setup with 100% focus during working hours.
