About the Role:
We’re seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in Demand Generation, Professional Services, or Digital Marketing Sales. This remote role involves full-cycle sales, from prospecting to closing deals. If you thrive in a high-velocity sales environment and have a proven track record, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Cycle: Prospect, cold-call, perform demos, and close deals.
• Pipeline Management: Build and manage pipeline, establish customer relationships.
• Solution Positioning: Understand client needs and position our solutions effectively.
• Campaign Execution: Develop and execute demand generation strategies.
• Project Management: Oversee projects from planning to delivery.
• Client Relations: Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Continuous Improvement: Focus on learning, iterating, and enhancing processes.

What We’re Looking For:
• Experience: 5+ years in sales with a background in Demand Generation, Professional Services, or Digital Marketing Sales.
• Track Record: Proven success in exceeding sales quotas and closing new business.
• Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and project management abilities.
• Tools: Proficiency with CRM (HubSpot preferred), Sales Navigator, LinkedIn InMail, Seamless.
• Traits: High energy, enthusiasm, and a Hunter mentality. Experience with C-Level executives and strategic deal planning.

• Sales Manager/BDR/Closer with an existing client base.
• Experience in B2B, omnichannel, and personalization.
