We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Virtual Assistant to join our team (preferably from top PH universities). The ideal candidate will have a fluent American accent and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Shopify and Amazon to sell medical products.
- Assist with technical support such as communicating with manufacturers, website management, etc.
- Ensure products are FDA-approved to be sold in the US.
- Manage social media accounts to promote and market products.
- Track finances and sales.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Fluent American accent with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Preferably with Marketing and Shopify experience.
- Preferably with good educational background and from a good university in the Philippines.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and willingness to learn.
- Able to work eight hours a day from Monday to Friday, California-based (Pacific Time).
- A stable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
