About Us:
Flush Warranty is a septic septic system warranty company. We offer homeowners and real estate agents peace of mind through our comprehensive warranty services. We're looking for a skilled professional to join our team and manage a series of crucial tasks aimed at enhancing our website functionality and automation processes.
Job Responsibilities:
Website Form Update:
Update the existing form on our WordPress website to include an option to select either "Real Estate Agent" or "Homeowner."
Ensure the form links to our GoHighLevel pipeline, directing real estate agents and homeowners to their respective automations.
Automation Setup:
Verify and ensure all automations are correctly set up using tools like Zapier or Integromat.
Input a trigger for automations post-DocuSign completion by sending push API requests to GoHighLevel, accounting for different warranty prices and contract lengths.
Automatically create the price and input the payment information from the DocuSign to avoid manually entering new products each time.
Add contacts and manage payment requests based on the pricing specified in the DocuSign or by creating a new product with specific pricing.
Implement an automation sequence that includes an introductory
Communication Review and Refinement:
Review and refine all existing SMS and
Implement an unsubscribe option for SMS and an unsubscribe link in
Ensure all messages are formatted properly and look clean.
Qualifications:
Proven experience with WordPress, GoHighLevel, Zapier, and Integromat.
Strong understanding of automation processes and API integrations.
Experience with
Ability to format and clean up digital communications.
Familiarity with creating and integrating calculators on websites.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the real estate or home warranty industry.
Knowledge of Excel and data integration.
