Who We’re Looking For:

We see creative design as visual storytelling that engages, informs, and inspires. At Zoyava, we're looking for a talented Creative Designer who can transform concepts and ideas into compelling visual representations. The ideal candidate will possess expert knowledge of current design software and be skilled in every step of the design process, from concept to final deliverable.

Key Responsibilities:

Study the visual content of competitors’ Amazon listings and formulate a plan to differentiate and enhance our designs.
Design product packaging for new products, including boxes and insert cards.
Ensure consistent, impeccable quality across all projects while meeting deadlines.
Manage the creative process from concept to execution.
Collaborate with the team to develop product images, A+ content, videos, and packaging.
Work with brand management and marketing teams to maximize click-through and conversion rates per product.
Organize and maintain a content library for easy access to design assets.

Skills and Requirements:

3+ years of experience in graphic design.
A strong portfolio showcasing your graphic design work, particularly in CPG products.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work at a fast pace.
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Bonus: Experience with AI tools, video editing, or photography/videography.
