**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mobile Developer with a minimum of 5 years of expertise in both iOS and Android development. As a Senior Mobile Developer at Petsocare, you will play a crucial role in continuing to develop, improve, and optimize our existing mobile applications for customers and delivery personnel. These applications are built using React Native, and you will work closely with our product, design, and backend teams to ensure a seamless user experience and robust functionality.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Develop and Enhance Mobile Applications:** Take ownership of our existing iOS and Android applications, implementing new features, enhancing performance, and ensuring reliability using React Native.
- **Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:** Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to translate requirements and designs into functional and high-performance mobile applications.
- **Maintain Code Quality:** Ensure the quality of the codebase through code reviews, writing tests, and continuous integration practices.
- **Optimize Performance:** Identify and fix performance bottlenecks to improve the overall performance and responsiveness of the mobile applications.
- **Stay Updated with Industry Trends:** Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in mobile development and integrate them into our applications where appropriate.
- **Provide Technical Leadership:** Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical direction and best practices to ensure the team's growth and success.
- **User Feedback Integration:** Gather and analyze user feedback to continuously improve the applications and enhance user satisfaction.

**Requirements:**
- **Experience:** Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in mobile development for both iOS and Android platforms.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in React Native for mobile development. Knowledge of native development in Swift for iOS and Kotlin/Java for Android is a plus.
- **API Integration:** Experience with RESTful APIs to connect mobile applications to back-end services.
- **Version Control:** Proficient in using Git for version control.
- **UI/UX:** Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and best practices.
- **Problem-Solving:** Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
- **Team Collaboration:** Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience working in a startup environment.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with automated testing and continuous integration.
- Prior experience with pet care or delivery-related applications is a plus.
