Marketing Manager (Email Campaign, Google/Facebook Ads) Personal Assistant

HoppScotch.bun, a leading online retailer specializing in rabbit supplies, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Virtual Assistant E-commerce Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive traffic, increase brand awareness, and boost sales through our e-commerce platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing campaigns: Plan, implement, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Klaviyo email campaigns.
Optimize website for SEO: Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
Analyze data and track performance: Monitor key metrics, analyze campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
Collaborate with team members: Work closely with the sales, customer service, and product development teams to ensure consistent messaging and a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:

* **Proven experience:** 3+ years of experience in e-commerce marketing, preferably within the pet supplies industry.
* **Expert knowledge:** In-depth understanding of Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Klaviyo email marketing platforms.
* **Strong analytical skills:** Ability to analyze data, interpret results, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing performance.
* **Excellent communication skills:** Ability to communicate effectively with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
* **Self-starter:** Highly motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
