Manager / creator for online marketing & leads

We are a landscape design and installation company based in Los Angeles, California. We need someone to help us run our online marketing which includes Google, Instagram posts, blog posts on our website, email marketing, etc. This would include the creative content creation and graphic design for the instagram posts, blog posts and emails, and then the managing of the statistics.

Skills required:
- Excellent proficiency with spoken and written English
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Suite
- Minimum 3 years experience in graphic content creation and marketing on social media, google, email marketing & blogging.
- You will also be submitting our projects to magazine editors to get them to do articles on us.

This is a full-time salaried position. There will be an initial 2-week trial, and depending on performance, the position will become long term. Hours will be 8AM to 5PM PST, Mon - Fri.

Integrity. You are a good fit if you can be honest with your fellow team members. Open communication and honesty are paramount to myself and the team. If you aren't able to hit a deadline or made a mistake, be upfront about it, we are all human after all.

Commitment. We are looking for someone who is looking for a long term relationship with the expectations that this will become full time. If you're just looking for a few months of work, this is not for you.

Desire to Learn. We are a small team, but growing fast. We want people who are open to learning new skills and taking on new projects. If you’re not excited about improving your skills, this is not for you.
