Scorecard (Metrics to measure performance):
>99% In Stock Rate
750 IPI Score
QC Management/Review ( Defect Rate < 0.50%/ Customer Returns )
Positive Supplier relations
Excess Stock < 5%
Optimize Order Sizes


What Success Looks Like:


Primary Objectives 20% BIG ROCKS – These must be done first and at all costs.

Managing Product Inventory 99% In stock Rate , By forecasting 75 day inventory Levels , Safety Stock Levels Per seasonality & Re-Ordering Points, Insuring Stock Replenishment on a weekly Bases
QC Scheduling To Insure nothing but the best product for our customer , Doing quarterly Factory Audits , and 3 audits per order.


5. Regular Work Activities 80% – These must be done ongoing daily/weekly after the BIG ROCKS are complete.
Track Cogs per month After Landing at amazon
Talk to all suppliers and insert suppliers and communicate new orders or new ideas
Manage IPI Score
Manage Tracking order shipments
Manage track progress of manufacturing
Maintain positive relations with Manufacturer
Coordinated shipments with SKUDROP based on seller board data


6. As Needed Activities – These must be done once assigned.

Projects assigned to you as needed

7. Mandatory Meetings – These meetings must be attended and meeting minutes taken and distributed.
One Meeting Per week To go over new things or problems

Experience managing inventory
Someone with a demonstrated ability to manage and maintain good relationships with suppliers
Negotiation skills
Someone who seeks out issues and owns driving solutions to them, while keeping all resources informed of progress
A proactive learner and able to demonstrate exceptional deductive reasoning skills
Eager to learn new skills
Comfortable in different roles, sometimes supporting, sometimes leading.
Work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
