ABOUT US
At MADX, we are dedicated to helping SaaS & Technology businesses. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Developer to tackle complex technical challenges, work on clients websites, build internal tools & automation, and build/manage micro SaaS projects using front-end and back-end technologies.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Developer will be responsible for addressing the more technical aspects of SEO, client website development, creating & supporting internal automations and tools, and handling various micro projects. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, creativity, and problem-solving skills to ensure our clients' websites perform at their best & tools to support our internal teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with the SEO team to identify and resolve technical SEO issues
- Support and/or Implement technical SEO recommendations for clients
- Build & support new development requirements for clients websites (i.e. new pages, components, new functionality)
- Create and maintain internal tools and automations to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
- Conduct technical audits to ensure website health and performance
- Stay updated with the latest web development trends, SEO best practices, and search engine algorithms
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for website-related issues
- Assist in managing and executing various micro projects as a full stack engineer

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar
- 5+ years experience in development roles
- Proven experience as a Web Developer with a strong focus on SEO
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development languages
- Familiarity with the CMS platforms: WordPress, Webflow & Hubspot
- Experience with technical SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, and other auditing tools
- Understanding of SEO best practices, including site architecture, page speed optimization, and schema markup
- Ability to translate design mockups into functional web pages
- Experience with automation tools like Zapier
- Experience with Back-end technologies and frameworks such as Node.js, APIs, Python
- Experience with Infrastructure like AWS, Google Cloud, etc
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
