Video Editor

Part time role with the possibility of conversion to full time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Edit video footage into engaging and high-quality content for Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Lemon8, XiaoHongShu)
- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project scope and objectives.
- Review shooting script and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scenes’ value and contribution to continuity.
- Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film.
- Input music, dialogues, graphics, and effects.
- Create rough and final cuts.
- Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running.
- Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency.
- Manage and organize media assets and project files.
- Graphic design and Social Media marketing experience is a plus

Qualifications:
- Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills (English)
- Knowledge of video styles of various Social Media platforms
