We're a well-established SaaS startup, operating for 15+ years in the customer service industry, and we're looking to fill the role of Digital Marketer to help us to grow the business more!

Job Title: Digital Marketer
Timezone: EST
Schedule: 8am to 5pm MONDAY TO FRIDAY

Your responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, social media, and other relevant platforms to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitoring and analyzing website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools, generating reports, and providing actionable insights to improve strategy.
- SEO and SEM: Implementing search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve organic search rankings and managing search engine marketing (SEM) efforts for paid search campaigns.
- Content Management: Creating and managing content on Shopify, WordPress, and HubSpot, ensuring that it is optimized for search engines and aligned with the brand's messaging and goals.
- E-commerce Optimization: Managing product listings and promotions on Google Merchant Center and other e-commerce platforms to maximize sales and visibility.
- Tool Utilization: Leveraging digital marketing tools like Semrush for keyword research and competitive analysis, Jasper AI for content generation, and Hootsuite for social media management and scheduling.
- Collaboration and Communication: Working closely with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and customer support, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and communicating performance metrics and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
- Customer Engagement: Developing and executing strategies for engaging customers through email marketing, social media, and other digital channels, using tools like HubSpot to manage customer relationships and marketing automation.
- Market Research: Conducting market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in the digital marketing strategy.
- Budget Management: Managing and optimizing the digital marketing budget to ensure the best return on investment (ROI) for marketing spend.

The MUST HAVE experiences/skills for you to be considered:
- This individual should have extensive experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center, Shopify, WordPress, and HubSpot, ensuring seamless integration and optimization across these platforms.  Strong Communication skills is important.
