JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Marketing Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and organizing talented freelancers, ensuring key metrics and marketing objectives are achieved for approximately 8 clients. You will report directly to the Director of Marketing and play a crucial role in ensuring successful outcomes for our diverse client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
Freelancer Management: Identify, hire, and manage talented freelancers to meet project needs.
Project Coordination: Oversee all aspects of marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their marketing objectives are met.
Performance Tracking: Monitor key metrics and performance indicators, providing regular updates to the Director of Marketing.
Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across various channels, including PPC, SEO, Email Marketing, Social Media, and more.
Campaign Management: Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals and agency standards.
Optimization: Continuously optimize marketing activities for improved performance, including lead generation and landing page optimization.
Requirements:
Experience: Proven experience as a Marketing Project Manager or similar role in a marketing agency setting.
Skills: Strong understanding of all aspects of marketing, including Design, PPC, SEO, Email Marketing, Social Media, and lead generation.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient with marketing tools and platforms, including CRM software, project management tools, and analytics platforms.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset.
