Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Product/UX Designer to play a crucial role in the design and development of our new digital platform. This is a contract position with a tight deadline of 3 months, offering the opportunity to work with a passionate team committed to delivering exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and project managers, to define and implement innovative design solutions.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design concepts.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with user needs and project goals.
Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.
Ensure consistency and adherence to design guidelines and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Communicate design ideas and present design rationale effectively to stakeholders.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Product/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing project requirements.
Familiarity with cross-platform design for web and mobile applications is a plus.
