We're a leading video marketing agency based in Australia. In addition to our agency work, we have a thriving personal brand and online course business. We specialize in video marketing and strategy, and our founder is a soon-to-be-published author who regularly produces video content and speaks on video marketing.

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated part-time Virtual Assistant with a passion for podcast and video editing. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in editing both long-form and short-form video content natively for social media platforms, and be proficient in using Final Cut Pro or Premiere Pro, CapCut, Descript, and AI tools such as OpusPro.

Key Responsibilities:

- Edit high-quality podcasts and videos for YouTube and Reels/Shorts.
- Repurpose existing videos into engaging short-form content.
- Find and extract the best parts of the content for repurposing.
- Assist with other aspects of marketing and promoting video content, such as blog posts, social media posts, email marketing, and lead magnets.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in Final Cut Pro or Premiere Pro (must have own licenses).
- Experience with CapCut, Descript, and AI tools like OpusPro.
- Strong video editing skills for various social media platforms.
- Excellent comprehension and mastery of the English language.
- Comfortable or experienced with Google Drive, Google Apps, Slack and Monday.com
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- A keen eye for detail and creativity in video editing.
- Comfortable with a workload of approximately 10-12 hours per week, with the potential to increase to full-time for the right candidate.

Preferred:

- Experience in video marketing and strategy.
- Familiarity with the latest trends in video content and social media.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and deliver high-quality work.
- Timezone overlap with Australia is a plus.
