SMM / Customer Service

Type of Work: Full-Time
Salary: PHP 25,000 (13th month bonus)
Hours per week: 40 hours

Hi, I am looking for customer service personnel and someone who is versed in social media skills.

We are a Singapore company selling printer consumables. I am looking for someone to assist me in my second product brand. To better understand the company, please visit ink world.sg.

Primary requirements:
* Pleasant and polite in handling inbound calls for customers' product enquiries.
* Outbound calls to get customer feedback/reviews/follow-up.
* Respond to online customer support tickets.
* WhatsApp chat support
* Handle emails/support tickets
* Enter customer orders, cancel and prepare, and update Google Sheets.

Secondary role:
Social media content creation, social media management and some simple graphic creation skills.

Guidance will be provided on product knowledge and common customer inquiries. Continued guidance will be provided for unique issues that may arise.
