A premier provider of benefits and HR consulting services, dedicated to helping businesses navigate the complexities of employee benefits and human resources. They are seeking a motivated Cold Caller - Sales and Lead Generation VA to join their dynamic team.

Position Summary:
Will be responsible for prospecting, cold calling, and qualifying leads through various channels including phone, email, and sometimes text. This role requires someone with excellent communication skills, a persuasive nature, and the ability to arrange and coordinate appointments. The ideal candidate will have prior sales experience and be comfortable using tools such as MS Office and Google Drive.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prospect and cold call potential clients using provided scripts and lists.
• Take detailed notes on all interactions and follow up with promising leads.
• Arrange and schedule meetings with qualified leads.
• Maintain and update spreadsheets with lead information and progress.
• Qualify leads through phone, email, and text communications.
• Generate new leads and identify potential business opportunities.
• Utilize MS Office and Google Drive for tracking and sharing information.
• Meet targets based on the provided lists and company goals.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales and lead generation.
• Strong command of the English language with excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Drive.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Persuasive and convincing with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to meet and exceed targets.
