Job Summary
The Partnerships and Collaboration Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and nurturing relationships with strategic partners to drive business growth and enhance our market position. This role requires a proactive and strategic thinker who can identify potential partnership opportunities, negotiate agreements, and ensure successful collaboration to achieve mutual goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership Development: Identify and evaluate potential partners aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive business growth.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with partners. Act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Negotiation and Agreement: Lead negotiations to establish mutually beneficial agreements with partners. Draft, review, and manage partnership contracts and agreements.
Collaboration Initiatives: Coordinate and manage collaborative projects with partners, ensuring alignment with company goals and successful execution.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze the performance of partnerships. Develop metrics to measure the success and impact of partnerships, and provide regular reports to senior management.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales, product development) to ensure alignment and support for partnership initiatives.
Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, potential partners, and competitive landscape. Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings.
Event Representation: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build relationships and identify new partnership opportunities.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related role. Proven track record of successful partnership development and management.
