**Join Our Team as a Viral Engineer at Kings Media**

### Job Description
We are looking to add a Viral Engineer to our team. A viral engineer is someone who analyzes our long form content sessions with clients and clips them up into the best parts to be turned into short form pieces. Unlike AI that many believe replaces the need for this, it couldn’t be farther from the truth. You need true Viral Framework training to understand how and what makes a piece of content work and go viral. We need someone who is dedicated to growing in this field, wants to learn what Viral content looks like, and help our team improve our efficiency by up to 3x. We’ve already generated 20 million views and we just started this year. This is a pivotal role in the company that determines how fast and efficient we can operate, fulfill, and deliver. ### **Position Details:**
- **Pay**: $1000 - $1600 USD monthly base + bonuses based on view count
- **Schedule**: Monday to Friday, full-time (US MST timezone) + availability on weekends (rare)
- **Location**: Fully Remote with a semi-flexible schedule
### **Responsibilities:**
- Main Focus: Review our long form sessions (podcasts, mockcasts, sermons, and speaking events) and analyze them for the best short form clips using the Viral Framework (which we train on)
- Secondary Focus: reviewing content created by our editors and leaving notes for revisions until approved.
- Identify strong hook points and ensure clips are engaging and viral-ready.
- Work closely with the editing team to provide feedback and suggest improvements.
- Use our systems for organizing and managing video content (via Notion)
- Participate in weekly meetings via Zoom with the team.
### **Requirements and Skills:**
- Proven experience in video quality assurance or social media video editing.
- Fluent english and grammar (extremely important)
- Strong understanding of what makes video content engaging and viral.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work Mountain Timezone
- Comfortable working with a Timetracker
### Experience
- At least 2 years of video and social media experience
- Understands what makes a great piece of short form content and what doesn’t
- Understands American culture and lingo we may use
### Bonus Experience
- Experience with Adobe Premiere
- Experience with Notion
- Experience with Chat GPT
- Experience with Canva
- Direct experience doing this exact line of work

SMART sessions are similar to mockcasts but follow a strict format to ensure every piece of content we create checks the Viral Framework. We focus our services to help churches, personal brands and businesses with front facing CEOs. Our goal: scale their online organic reach and increase conversions (sales, community, visits, etc). We have a global vision to to be the #1 agency for Protestant churches. Through recorded sermons, podcasts, and even SMART sessions, we want to show churches how they can leverage their socials to reach their entire local community, share the Gospel, bring the good news to thousands if not millions, and connect people to the church and find a relationship with Jesus. We have found that in this journey, churches were simply one of many others we could help and serve. Soon after we launched, we took on some personal brands and businesses to test these systems and services as well. We took our first client from 6k followers to 142k in less than 6 months, reaching over 20 million views alone. With this proven system, which we call the Social Media Streamline System, we can apply the principles to all of our clients, especially churches.
