Treantly is a Canadian-based recruitment agency that facilitates the connection between businesses in North America and exceptional remote staff in the Philippines.
The Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication and organization for the client’s business. This role involves attending Zoom calls, capturing and structuring key points with the help of an AI note-taker, and integrating these structured thoughts into various platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and the proficiency to quickly learn and adapt to various platforms.
Job Responsibilities:
- Join Zoom calls, capture key points, and structure notes using AI tools.
- Ask relevant questions during meetings to ensure comprehensive note-taking.
- Integrate structured thoughts into platforms like Trainual and Motion.
- Assist in organizing agendas, schedules, and tasks.
- Support in creating and maintaining SOPs, SIPOC diagrams, and other business documents.
- Manage and execute various tasks as they arise.
- Assist with
- Handle bookkeeping and invoicing tasks.
- Support project management and personal tasks.
- Arrange travel and manage content creation.
- Perform data entry, file management, and follow-ups.
Must-Have Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Minimum of 1 year experience handling North American clients and working remotely
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with AI tools for organizing and documenting thoughts.
- Familiarity with platforms like Zoom, Trainual, and Motion, or the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new platforms.
- Experience with SOPs, SIPOC diagrams, or other business-related tasks is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
