CRE Task Wizard is looking for a Sales Development Representative!
Responsibilities:
- Generate high-quality leads through 100+ outbound calls daily to Director & C-Suite executives.
- Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for account executives.
- Identify new Commercial Real Estate opportunities.
- Use CRM tools for lead tracking and reporting.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on outreach strategies.
- Maintain customer database and meet sales goals.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or similar role
- Real Estate experience is preferred
- Proven record meeting sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong phone and
- CRM proficiency required; sales automation tools a plus.
- Ability to build relationships with executives.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with remote work experience preferred.
