About the job:
AMZ-Expert is seeking a talented and experienced Brand Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will initially focus on managing and launching our brand, encompassing various responsibilities including product scouting and sourcing, evaluating new products to launch, branding, business strategy, creative aspects, and collaboration with multiple departments. As the role evolves, you will have the opportunity to manage additional brands and contribute to broader company initiatives.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Amazon Expertise: Utilize extensive knowledge of Amazon’s platform to manage and optimize the brand’s presence, ensuring high performance and compliance with Amazon’s guidelines.
- Product Sourcing: Identify and source new products that align with the brand’s goals and market trends. Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis.
- Branding: Develop and implement effective branding strategies to enhance the brand’s identity and visibility. Work on brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity.
- Business Strategy: Formulate and execute business strategies to drive growth and profitability for the brand. Monitor key performance indicators and adjust strategies as needed.
- Creative Aspects: Oversee creative projects including graphic design, content creation, and marketing materials for the brand. Ensure all creative work aligns with brand guidelines and objectives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to ensure cohesive strategy execution and alignment with overall brand goals.
- Brand Launching: Manage the end-to-end process from identifying new opportunities that align with the brand to launching the brand’s products. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful market entry and product introduction.
- Creativity: Find creative ways to stand out with promising products, identify market demands, and supply market needs.

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management with a focus on Amazon e-commerce, product sourcing, branding, and creative projects.
- Strong understanding of Amazon’s platform and best practices in e-commerce.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
- Equipped with a reliable PC/laptop (minimum specifications: i5 processor, 8GB RAM).

Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly rate will be determined based on experience.
- Biweekly pay through Wise.
