As an Appointment Setter/Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, scheduling appointments, and driving sales through effective communication and strategic outreach. Your role will involve contacting potential clients, understanding their needs, and setting up meetings for the sales team to close deals.
Responsibilities
- Reach out to potential clients through phone calls,
- Respond to incoming calls or inquiries, gather relevant information, and schedule appointments as needed.
- Coordinate and set up appointments between clients or prospects and the sales or service team, ensuring that both parties have all necessary details.
- Maintain and manage calendars for sales or service teams, ensuring that appointments are scheduled efficiently and conflicts are avoided.
- Accurately enter and update information in CRM systems or appointment scheduling software, including contact details, appointment times, and notes.

- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, prospects, and internal teams, addressing any concerns or questions as they arise.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in B2B Appointment Setter/Sales Representative is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools
- Exhibits excellent English skills, without a strong accent.
