1 or 2 Genius Web developer wanted

I run a small company that have several web ideas that need to be developed, some of these websites are simple but some have complex requirements, such as classifieds ads-based websites and trading based platforms.

The chosen designer(s) will need to show previous work and the most complex website they have developed, as a growing company I offer you not only mentorship but potential future growth within the organisation as we move further.

I expect you to spend 15hrs a week trying to help me build my ideas into fully working and earning websites, current pipeline is made up of 4 websites, after these are done you will still be retained to help with running and optimising the sites, until further development is required am looking for permanent developers so not for short term.
