Job Title: Full-Time Private Label Expert

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Private / White Label Expert to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in launching supplement brands, with secondary experience in other product categories. Proof of work experience is required.

Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in private label, with a focus on launching products primarily on TikTok Shops, and secondary launches on Amazon and Walmart.
- In-depth knowledge of sourcing products from both non-US and US manufacturers.
- Proven experience in communicating and negotiating with manufacturers and off-the-shelf suppliers.
- High attention to detail and ability to follow directives precisely.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Experience with trademark registration and knowledge of launching private labels and logistics on TikTok Shops, Amazon, and Walmart.
- Expertise in influencer outreach to promote products.
- Proficiency in creating faceless and UGC content for social media channels.
- Familiarity with tools like Fast Moss and influencer outreach platforms is essential.

Responsibilities:
- Launch and build supplement brands focusing on gummies, pills, and powders, including custom formulas and stock products from manufacturers.
- Source and negotiate with manufacturers and suppliers to secure high-quality products.
- Register trademarks and manage the logistics of launching private labels on TikTok Shops, Amazon, and Walmart.
- Execute influencer outreach campaigns to promote products.
- Develop and manage faceless and UGC content for social media channels.
- Ensure all projects are completed with high attention to detail and in alignment with company directives.

Goals:
- Successfully build and launch supplement brands with a focus on gummies, pills, and powders.
- Transition to a full revenue split model, details of which will be discussed during the interview process.

Salary:
- Salary will be dependent on experience and will transition to a full revenue split model.
