Sales Director for Manila, Philippines Branch

We are seeking a talented and experienced Sales Director to manage and develop our upcoming branch in Manila, Philippines. The ideal candidate must meet the following requirements:

Requirements:

Sales and Team Management Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the online sector.
Proven experience in managing a sales team.

Online Sales Skills:
Familiarity with online sales techniques and strategies.
Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective strategies.

Team Management:
Capability to manage and motivate a team of 40 people.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Training in Romania:
Willingness to travel to Romania for an intensive 80-day training program, where the candidate will work as a sales agent.

Training the Initial Team:
After completing the training, the candidate will be responsible for training the first 3 team members in Romania.

Scaling the Branch in the Philippines:
The candidate will return to the Philippines to manage and scale the branch under the direct supervision of the company owner and according to strategic directions.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies for the Manila branch.
Coordinate and supervise the sales team to achieve and exceed set goals.
Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
Work closely with the company owner to align branch objectives with company goals.
Manage and report sales results to company management.
