What You’ll Be Doing

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a crucial role in our sales and marketing efforts. Your main responsibilities will include:
Setting up and managing cold email campaigns using Smartlead.
Setting up and managing LinkedIn campaigns using Expandi.
Data scraping, lead list management, and email account management.
Innovating and personalizing with AI tools, enrichment strategies.
Campaign management, including marketing copy, case study collection, data analysis, market research, and split testing.
Inbox management, ensuring timely responses and template usage.
Developing omni-channel strategies with LinkedIn, cold email, newsletters, and other tools.
Occasionally providing customer support and communication.
Calling leads beforehand to ensure a high show rate for meetings.

You’re Probably a Match If You Have:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with Smartlead for email and LinkedIn campaign management.
Ability to manage data scraping and lead list management.
Proficiency in using AI tools for personalization and innovation.
Skills in marketing copy, data analysis, and market research.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proactive and reliable attitude with the ability to work autonomously and take initiative in problem-solving.
Experience in developing and managing omni-channel strategies.
Customer support experience is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation: $3 per hour, full-time.
Commission: $10 for every qualified lead that shows up to the discovery call.
