Job Title: Amazon Product Sourcer

Tilco Trading is a thriving e-commerce company specializing in health and personal care products. We are an established Amazon seller committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer experiences. As we continue to grow, we are searching for a detail-oriented and experienced Amazon Product Sourcer to help us source multiple products from suppliers on Alibaba (China). The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding suppliers, obtaining product samples, and ensuring that the samples meet our specified requirements within the desired price range.

**Responsibilities:**
- Identify and vet potential suppliers on Alibaba China
- Identify and vet potential competitive suppliers outside China
- Obtain and review product samples to ensure alignment with our quality and design specifications.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers to meet our budgetary requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers to manage production timelines and ensure timely delivery of samples and final products.
- Ensure that all sourced products comply with relevant safety and quality standards.
- Prepare, Consolidate and Maintain detailed records of prices, sourcing activities, communications, and transactions.
- Report via a Weekly team meeting with stakeholders

**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in product sourcing, particularly but not limited to, medical products / pet care products
- Has very good knowledge of product technical terms. Knowledge in plastics classification is a PLUS
- Has mastery in navigating Alibaba and/or AliExpress
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to assess product quality and ensure it meets specified standards.
- Familiarity with import/export regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in using sourcing platforms, especially Alibaba China.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience sourcing custom products.
- Ability to speak and read in Chinese is a PLUS

Requirements and Qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years' experience in Product Sourcing
- Highly Analytical Person with Sound Judgment
- Highly Organized
- Very high attention to details
- Good Negotiation Skills
- Good and Stable Internet Connection
- Experience with Walmart is a PLUS
- Willing to do simple test
