Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Social Media Sales Person to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to start and maintain engaging conversations with people online, building strong relationships that drive sales. This role offers a base salary with the potential to earn significantly more through sales performance.

Responsibilities:

Initiate and sustain conversations with potential leads online to build relationships and generate sales.
Manage and engage with our Facebook groups using a brand page or new Facebook profile to attract leads.
Join and participate in other relevant Facebook groups to find and engage with potential customers.
Actively engage with people on Reddit through different communities to generate interest and leads.

Compensation:

Base salary of $300/month.
Majority of compensation will be commission-based, with potential earnings of $1,500-$9,000 per month based on performance within the first 90 days.
Opportunity for full-time position based on performance.
Weekly Trainings to help answer any questions and get you performing faster.

Benefits:

Paid vacation days after 90 days of employment.

Qualifications:

Excellent written communication skills.
Ability to initiate and sustain conversations with new people online.
Experience with social media platforms, particularly Facebook and Reddit.
Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
