Primary Top 3 Responsibilities:
* Client Onboarding: Facilitate a smooth integration process for new clients, ensuring they are fully onboarded within 7-10 days of joining, with a thorough understanding of our services.
* Client Review Coaching: Conduct regular coaching sessions aimed at empowering clients to proactively solicit Google reviews from friends, family, and past customers.
* Client Monthly Calls & Financial Engagement: Leading monthly client calls to discuss progress, field SEO questions, and address any concerns and at same time take charge of the payment collection process, ensuring it aligns with our pay-per-lead business model.
Secondary Responsibilities:
You will be provided an assistant, who will be helping with the following tasks:
* Serve as point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner
* Develop and execute customer success plans to drive adoption, usage, and retention of our products
* Resolve 90% + of client requests within 48 hours
* Report to 70%+ of the clients receive reports at least once a month
Skills:
* 3-5 years of experience in SEO
* Excellent negotiation skills to effectively manage customer expectations and resolve conflicts
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
* Effective business coaching, inspire clients to take action
* Technical knowledge of SEO
Well suited for people who:
* Fanatic about efficiency - if you're the type of person who often thinks “ next time, I should have asked the questions in this way, and prepared in this particular way, I will be able to get the same amount of things done in half the time!”
* Entertainer/Business Coach - Very good at keeping people engaged, you have to constantly on a daily basis be able to keep the attention of contractors who are not Savvy with technology and it just takes a few seconds of silence for them to lose focus and become bored/disengaged, you must be able to have a relentless energy day in and day out to keep our clients entertained and “bought in”.
* Technical SEO understanding - Have to be the type of person that can simply look at a report on analytics and be able to talk on it for 30 minutes to an hour improvising on how this is impacting their business, while at the same time gaining their respect by showing your depth in understanding of SEO.
The above three bullet points is our attempt to paint a picture on what your day-to-day looks like. On a general day, there's going to be 4-5 hours of zoom calls held where we are doing the above, someone who enjoys the above will thrive and get energy going from call to call, where is someone who does not enjoy the above things, will struggle as even if they are good at SEO, the sheer number of hour long daily conversations will burn them out.
