Position: Virtual Assistant (VA)

Location: Remote
Rate: ($40 per week for 40 hours) Extremely Low Call Volume
Working Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST)

Job Description:
Ekim IT Solutions, a managed IT service provider, is seeking a dedicated and fluent English-speaking virtual assistant to manage phone calls via the OIT VoIP Connect app, which can be installed on a phone, computer, or both, providing flexibility in managing tasks. Most incoming calls will be inquiries about technical support.

Responsibilities:
Answering Calls: Promptly handle incoming calls during designated hours, primarily related to technical support inquiries.
Message Handling: Assess call purpose, take detailed messages, and relay them to the company owner via email. This process may change in the future.
Availability: You must be available at all times during working hours to answer every single call. If a call is missed, you are required to return the call promptly and ask how you can assist.


Compensation:
Weekly Pay: $40 per week, with potential increases if call volume grows.
Current Call Volume: Average of 2 calls per week, offering considerable free time during shifts.

Low Call Volume: Minimal calls, allowing for significant downtime.


Requirements:
Language Skills: Fluent in English.
Availability: Must be available to answer calls at all times during 8 AM - 5 PM EST, and promptly return any missed calls.
Technology: Must have access to a phone or computer capable of running the OIT VoIP Connect app, and a stable internet connection.


Nice to Have:
Experience: Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the information technology industry, particularly managed IT service providers.
Technical Skills: Experience with ticketing systems and CRM platforms.
