Responsibilities:
Conduct high-volume outbound calls to identified leads, presenting our company's services and the benefits of selling land to us. (1000+ dials per day)
Utilize scripts to communicate the value proposition effectively and handle objections with confidence.
Schedule appointments for the sales team with potential sellers interested in learning more about our services.
Maintain detailed records of calls made and outcomes in our CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking of communication.
Consistently meet or exceed targeted call objectives and conversion metrics.
Participate in regular training sessions to enhance sales skills and stay updated on industry trends.
Foster a positive and professional first impression of our company to potential clients.

Qualifications:
2+ years COLD CALLING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED!!!

Strong desire and drive to succeed in a sales environment.
Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade.
Previous experience in a cold calling, telemarketing, or sales role preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude and energy.
Basic proficiency with CRM software and Google Gsuite (Gmail and Drive)
High school diploma or equivalent;
