We are a wellbeing service-based business seeking a dynamic Virtual Assistant (VA) to support our operations and help us achieve our revenue goals. The ideal candidate will have a broad skill set, especially in Squarespace website design, and should reflect values of female empowerment, wellness, and leadership in their work.

**Key Responsibilities:

- SQUARESPACE - Website Management:
- Redesign and enhance my existing website to fix any issues related to setup and functionality
- Improve website layout and mobile responsiveness.
- Optimize e-commerce functionality for performance and user experience.
- Set up and troubleshoot ce-ommerce and membership areas.
- Implement SEO best practices to boost search rankings.

- Scheduling:
- Manage appointments and calendars efficiently.

- Customer Service/Emailing:
- Handle customer inquiries and manage communications.

- Landing Pages and Sales Pages:
- Design landing and sales pages for various marketing purposes.

- Automations and Email Sequences:
- Set up marketing automations using tools like Clickfunnels and Mailchimp.

-Scheduling:
- Manage appointments and calendars

- Copywriting and Content Creation:
- Write engaging content for landing pages, emails, social media, and blogs.
- Create and manage a blog, ensuring SEO optimization.

- Social Media and Ads Management:
- Develop content and manage posts.
- Set up and manage Meta Business Ads and Google Ads Smart Campaigns.

- Podcast and Blog Management:
- Transcribe and edit podcasts.
- Write and edit blog content, ensuring SEO optimization.

- Conduct Market and industry research

- Graphic Design:
- Manage client onboarding processes and create graphics using tools like Canva.

**Required Skills:

- Proficiency in Squarespace, Google Workspace, Google/ Instagram / Facebook Ads Manager, Manychat, ChatGPT, Stripe and various other platforms.

**Additional Information:

- Remote position with flexible hours.
- Immediate start required.
