Virtual Assistant/Appointment Setter

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with experience with appointment setting to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to assist in customer outreach by reaching out to cold leads and scheduling appointments with our account managers. This position is crucial for driving our business growth and ensuring that potential clients are connected with the right resources to meet their marketing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

[Training will be provided]
Contacting leads through Whatsapp, LinkedIn and other social media platforms (No Calling needed)
Schedule appointments between potential clients and our account managers.
Follow up on leads and maintain a consistent pipeline of potential clients.
Record and manage lead information in our CRM system (Daily reporting)
Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their needs and provide relevant information about our services.
Meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment setting targets.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, or sales/appointment setting is preferred.
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using Whatsapp, LinkedIn, Zoom, Google Meet
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
