We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Sales Executive to join our team at Soshace. This role is instrumental in driving the growth of our IT recruitment business by developing and nurturing relationships with potential clients, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our recruitment services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a strong understanding of the IT industry, and a passion for helping companies find the right talent.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition:
Identify and target potential clients in the IT industry.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand Soshace's client base.

Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Understand client's needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Sales and Revenue Growth:
Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate contracts and terms of business with clients.

Collaboration:
Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure alignment between client needs and candidate placements.
Collaborate with marketing to develop and implement effective sales and marketing campaigns.
Provide regular feedback and market insights to the management team.

Reporting and Analysis:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the IT recruitment industry.
Strong understanding of the IT industry and recruitment processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
