Short Form Content Editor

My name is Michael and I am a Founder of Brandingo a social media content agency who help people grow on social media. I currently have 10 short form videos ready for editing and more to come !!!!

Responsibilities:
- We are looking for a Short Form Content editor who will be able to:
- You will need premiere pro and aftereffects with the ability to make these shorts
- Edit short form videos (up to 60 seconds) for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.
- Edit long form videos (10-20 minutes) for YouTube and other platforms.
- Incorporate graphics, animations, and effects using After Effects.
- Ensure all videos are polished, engaging, and aligned with our brand standards.
- Work quickly and efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with our team to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality results.

Here is an example of what we are looking for, you will also be trained up to this level.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a video editor with a portfolio of both short form and long form content.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Strong attention to detail and creative skills.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to take feedback and make adjustments as needed.


Compensation:
$10 per short video (60 seconds max).
$35 per long form video (10-20 minutes long).


Performance Bonuses:
100,000 Views: Additional $10 per video.
500,000 Views: Additional $20 per video.
1,000,000 Views: Additional $50 per video.

We are looking for an editor who can replicate this style to the same quality as the short I have linked. A great fit would be someone who is hardworking, has the ability to change & adapt & looking for a great opportunity to help scale Brandingo.
