We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Customer Support Specialist/Virtual Assistant to join our team.


Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to manage various customer service and administrative tasks. As a Customer Support Specialist/Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a seamless and positive shopping experience, as well as administrative tasks on our Shopify store. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.


Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
- Process new customer orders and manage order fulfillment through our network of suppliers and distributors.
- Assist customers with product information, order status, returns, and refunds.
- Upload new products to the website, including writing product descriptions, adding photos, and updating inventory (Shopify).
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update databases.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.


Requirements:
- Previous experience in e-commerce customer support or a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) is a plus.
- Proficiency in using customer service software (Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
- High-speed internet connection and a reliable computer setup.
