JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Chat Support Specialists. The job involves managing multiple accounts and chatting with people six days a week, with an eight-hour shift each day. One day off is flexible, and we are always nice and easy people to talk to, so other or additional off days can always be discussed, we are open and nice, we know sometimes its needed!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

- Chatting with a wide variety of people from around the world.
- Building and maintaining good relationships with clients.
- Leading conversations towards successful sales.
- Keeping track of small details within the accounts.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Great communication skills and emotional intelligence.
- Comfortable starting and maintaining conversations.
- A reliable and fast laptop/computer and a good setup. (Please do not apply if you don’t have these.)
- A good understanding of effective communication.

PAYMENT

- The first week are in full training mode and wont take more than around 2 hours per day. You will get taught EVERYTHING about the job itself, Sales, Selling and EQ from real professionals, so you are then set to earn as much as possible.
- After that 1 week, your paid phase will start.
- You are going to get paid 2.00$ every hour (around 113 PHP per Hour / around 27,000 PHP Monthly)
- After the first month you will also ADDITIONALLY recieve 3% comission of your earnings (sells for example).
- If you are motivated and try your best, out of experience you can easily make around 45,000 PHP Monthly.
