Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Digital Advertising Sales Specialist to join our team on a commission-based basis. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business by selling our digital advertising services, including Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram Ads, to a wide range of clients. This position offers flexibility and the potential for high earnings based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Prospecting: Identify and target businesses that could benefit from digital advertising services, utilizing various methods such as online research, networking, and industry events.
Sales Outreach: Reach out to potential clients, presenting SparkPoint Creative's advertising solutions and the benefits of Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram Ads.
Consultative Selling: Engage with potential clients to understand their marketing goals, challenges, and needs, and provide tailored digital advertising solutions.
Presentations and Pitches: Conduct effective presentations and pitches, demonstrating the value of our services and how they can drive business growth for clients.
Closing Sales: Negotiate terms and secure agreements with clients, guiding them through the onboarding process and ensuring a smooth transition to our service delivery team.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering ongoing support and insights to maximize the effectiveness of their ad campaigns.
Market Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging digital advertising technologies to continually refine sales strategies.
Requirements:

Proven track record in sales, particularly in digital advertising or a related field.
Strong understanding of Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram Ads platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
Highly motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for sales and digital marketing.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
Experience using CRM systems and sales tracking tools is a plus.
