Tik Tok Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Virtual Assistant to handle a variety of tasks, primarily focusing on customer service, email marketing, and administrative support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, proficiency in Shopify, and excellent English communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Service:
o Respond to customer service emails daily, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information in a timely and professional manner.
• Shopify Management:
o Assist with managing our Shopify store, including updating product listings, processing orders, and handling customer queries related to products and orders.
• Email Marketing:
o Create and send 2-5 email marketing campaigns per week using tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar.
o Monitor and report on the performance of email campaigns, making adjustments as needed to improve engagement and conversion rates.
• Content Creator Outreach:
o Help identify and reach out to GMC (Google My Business) content creators for potential collaborations and partnerships.
• Administrative Tasks:
o Utilize Excel and Google Sheets for data entry, reporting, and maintaining accurate records.
o Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the team.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service.
• Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience with Shopify is essential.
• Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working as a virtual assistant.
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with social media management and content creation.
