JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Remote Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on promoting and selling our range of biodegradable release agents for the asphalt and concrete industry. This position is fully remote and requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, extensive telesales experience, and a strong background in email marketing.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the asphalt and concrete sectors.
Conduct extensive telesales activities to generate leads, nurture prospects, and close sales.
Manage and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to engage potential customers and retain existing ones.
Utilize Google applications (Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Drive, etc.) to manage and share information efficiently.
Track time and productivity using Hubstaff.
Maintain and update customer records, sales activities, and pipeline in Hubspot CRM.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and industry stakeholders.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content and promotional materials.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the asphalt and concrete industry.
Strong telesales and email marketing skills.
Proficiency in using Google applications and experience with Hubstaff and Hubspot CRM.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
High level of self-motivation and a results-driven approach.
