Fulfillment Team Lead (Supply Chain) - Very Competitive Salary

The Fulfillment Head will serve as the responsible party ensuring that key performance metrics are met or exceeded relating to product/order fulfillment. Within this role, the Fulfillment Head will be responsible for ensuring orders are processed daily and product has shipped from our various distribution partners. This person is expected to execute with excellence in all aspects. Experience working with a remote/distributed team is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Active participation in order processing and order follow up from start to completion
- Daily customer, distributor, and vendor communications via phone, online chat, and email
- Daily communication with GPO and Onboarding Head to ensure new accounts with pending orders are connected and orders can be processed
- Daily review of backordered and pending items to find alternative products which are currently available and communicate with end customer on substituting
- Ensures fulfillment KPIs are met or exceed
- Ensure product is sourced properly from primary and secondary vendors, including ordering from regional distributors to improve fulfillment if possible
- Effectively communicate with internal and external customers on product status after an order has been placed

- Customer Support Experience is preferred
- 8+ years inventory or Supply Chain management experience
