We are looking for someone that can convert incoming leads from a couple of different lead gen companies as well as expired listings and pre-forclosures. We also need consistent facebook posts/blogs, skip tracing for finding people's contact info for cold calling, emailing and sending postcards. We need to have buyer & seller email drip campaigns & follow up automated texts set up. We need someone to create and send postcards to specified areas/neighborhoods. You must be well organized in making sure all lead generation info obtained is accurate and up to date.
