Requirements:
- at least 2 years in real estate outbound cold-calling homeowners if they are open to cash offer for their property, asking the 4-pillars (property condition, motivation, price & timeframe)
- experience as a Lead Mgr or Acquisition Mgr a plus
- experience in calling Preforeclosure leads a plus
- fluent in English, hard working and honest

Rate/schedule:
- schedule is 10am-6pm EST (Tue-Sat)
- $5-$6 per hour + $200 per closed deal
